Why a keyboard?
Your keyboard is the most intimate interface on your phone. It sees every message you draft and delete. Every password. Every search you make at 1 AM. Every note to yourself that never got sent.
Most keyboards send your keystrokes to a server. The permission is buried in the terms of service. The data travels whether you meant it to or not.
SafeType does not.
There is nothing to send. Not because we chose not to — because the architecture makes it impossible. SafeType has no network access. Not “network access that we turned off.” Not “network access that we promise not to use.” No network access, period. The capability does not exist in the code.
